The plot is located in a picturesque part of the coastline with direct access to the beach. The plot is "surrounded" by greenery of cypresses, pines and fruit trees. The new building of the renovated Volna apart-hotel will be built in the "spots" of existing buildings to be demolished. The existing trees thus become an integral part of the facades and interiors of the lobby, spa and restaurant.
The wildlife of the humid subtropical climate becomes the center of the composition of the entire complex of buildings, restaurants, swimming pools and landscaping elements of the master plan.

The main idea of the project is an ECO-concept of family, year-round recreation. The project provides for a comprehensive reconstruction of the entire territory, the organization of a pedestrian bridge with an elevator and access to the beach. The installation of a helipad, the construction of 2 villas, a universal conference hall with 500 seats, an outdoor heated pool with saunas, the sun and a vibration-proof playground with splash pools in the courtyard of the hotel are options that increase comfort for guests.
The building is designed “from the inside out” - the pitch of the load-bearing supports, the width of the building, and the sections are determined by the layout of the hotel room and the hotel's service technology. Facades have a compositional priority from the entrance to the hotel and from the sea. The facades are “compressed” by existing mature trees, with careful preservation of which, the constructed building will acquire a well-maintained and habitable appearance.
The project provides for the improvement of the beach with the organization of a sandy beach and all infrastructure elements for recreation and entertainment.
