Rostec City is Russia's largest class A business park with a total area of 262 000 sq.m. It is built as part of a large-scale integrated development project on a 65-hectare plot in the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo District of Moscow and is managed by ASTERUS Development Company (part of Vi Holding Group). Renaissance Construction is the general contractor of the project.
The unique architecture of the business park consists of 13 modern office buildings of variable storeys (from 4 to 10 floors), united by a pedestrian campus. The architectural dominant feature of the complex is a 21-storey tower with panoramic glazing and views of the Moskva River from three sides. The tower building is adjoined by a 4 000 sq.m. Expocentre for international exhibition and business events, accessible to all tenant companies of the business park.
The business park was designed and built using BIM modelling technologies.
Rostec City Business Park won the Grand Prix at the International Property Awards 2020 in the category ‘Best International Office Development 2020‘.
At the same time, Rostec City was recognised as the best office project in Europe in two nominations ‘Best Office Development Europe’ and ‘Best Office Architecture Europe’.
