ABOUT PROJECT
INGMAR ARCHITECTS have developed several design options for a high-tech office for an IT company with 400-500 employees. The resulting design responds to the customer's request for a functional and comfortable workspace, as well as taking into account current trends in energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
Futuristic design and high-tech
OPTION 1
The design location was an office space in a business center (three floors with a central atrium and outdoor terraces). The concept was based on "three pillars": lighting, air, and ergonomics. The main feature of the project was steel pipes, an alternative way to descend from the upper floors.
When analyzing the illumination of the building, many dark places were identified that remained without natural light, so the concept was based on using wall and ceiling reflectors that would refract light and fill the room with light.

The customer's office is located on three floors and one of its features is an atrium shared with other organizations. To divide the space, it has been proposed to use light-scattering rotating slats. When "closed", they can be used to project images and videos on the ceiling.

OPTION 2
The office garden concept focuses on landscaping, offering to fill the office with green plants. The main focus of the project is a ramp staircase that gathers space around itself and becomes the center of staff attraction.
