The building was designed taking into account the prevailing surrounding development. The facade solutions of the projected building complement and enrich the existing stylistic integrity of the established group. The facades are decorated with stained glass windows, tinted to the full height of the floor. The facade system is an elementary facade. The southern and northern facades are solved using radius glazing.
The facades include vertical and horizontal elements made of lightweight metal structures, shaped and shaped like a hockey skate blade, thus linking the projected building with nearby sports facilities such as the Yubileyny Sports Palace and the hockey arena.
The height of the cornice of the reconstructed building corresponds to the roof level of the building of the Jubilee Park and is 21.050 m, which does not exceed the maximum allowable height of 24.750 m, the height of the flat roof corresponds to the maximum allowable height of the building and is 27.850 m.
